If you receive your ZipDesk product and decide it is not what you are looking for, please send it back and we will give you a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging, and in sellable-as-new condition. If any product or packaging components are damaged by the customer or in transit the refund may be reduced to reflect their replacement cost. Simply email us at email@example.com or call (866) ZIP-DESK for a return merchandise authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your ZipDesk product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon confirmation of the damage, our customer care team will contact you with a damaged merchandise authorization number and instructions on how to return the damaged product. The product must still be in its original packaging. ZipDesk will pay for all shipping costs related to replacement of damaged items.
